While Cristina's marriage has fallen apart, the doctors are still studying for their boards (now with the Grey Method), Owen will be back at the hospital as Chief, and Richard's going to have to face the reality of what's happening with Adele, there's even more that's going to be going on when the next episode airs, and some of it is going to be bringing the press to the hospital.
In the Grey's Anatomy season 8 episode 20 promo for "The Girl With No Name" (below), there's good news and there's bad news. The good news does have some bad news to go along with it. The big patient of the week is a Jane Doe, and Teddy recognizes her injuries as signs of torture. They have to call the police in, Owen has to give a press conference, and it looks like there's a reunion coming up as her parents identify her. So there's the good news: this girl is free from the torture she's suffered and back with her family, but there is bad news there as well. She has a long recovery ahead of her, she has been brainwashed, and she reveals that "he didn't let [her] go outside." Meredith promises to stay with her. After what she's been through, what's going to come next? How did they find her to bring her into the hospital?
The other bad news of the episode comes with Bailey's storyline. Things have been going well for her romance-wise (despite problems getting schedules to match up and plans getting interrupted for ladies' night), but now she could be facing her worst nightmare: her son's missing from daycare. What happened to him? Will it turn out that there was no reason for Bailey to be alarmed?
